ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is a habeas corpus proceeding instituted under the provisions of Article 11.07, Vernon's Ann.C.C.P. Petition contends that he has been denied due process and equal protection of the law in that he has been denied his appeal from a conviction for murder to the Court of Criminal Appeals as he is an indigent and has been denied an appointed counsel on appeal.
