PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals of right his February 27, 1975 jury conviction for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, contrary to MCLA 335.341(1)(c); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(c). He was sentenced to three years probation, with the first 90 days to be served in the county jail, and fined $100.
