The Administrator of the Office of Employment Security appeals pursuant to LSA-R.S. 23:1634 from a judgment of the district court which disqualified Francis M. Bates from receiving unemployment compensation benefits.

The claimant, Bates, a truck driver, who was employed by Foremost-McKesson, Inc., was discharged on April 5, 1974 because of a traffic accident in which he was involved. Bates thereafter filed a claim for unemployment compensation...
