Map Construction Corporation (Map) brought suit against Heat Exchangers, Inc. (Heat) and another1 in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for alleged breach of contract. Heat filed a counterclaim against Map alleging breach of contract.2

The original action and the counterclaim were tried together in a bench trial with judgment nisi and absolute entered...
