Ida Schweitzer (appellant) instituted an action in the Superior Court of Baltimore City for injuries sustained when she was struck by an automobile driven by Sonja Brewer (appellee). After a three day trial, the jury (Grady, J. presiding) rendered a verdict in favor of appellee. Appellant appealed to the Court of Special Appeals, and it affirmed the judgment in a per curiam opinion. Schweitzer v. Brewer, No. 1011...
