DITTER, District Judge.

Defendants were convicted by a jury of conspiracy and the illegal possession of 60 ounces of heroin. They seek judgment of acquittal or a new trial asserting their motions to suppress evidence were improperly denied, a violation of Sixth Amendment rights, prosecutorial misconduct, errors in the jury charge, and that the evidence was insufficient to sustain their convictions.
