OPINION

YOUNG, Justice.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an unfavorable trial court's judgment resulting from a jury trial wherein he sought damages for personal injuries arising from an industrial accident.

In the trial of this suit by Darwin D. Baucum against Statewide Hot Shot and its employee, Roy Jenkins, the jury refused to find upon a general submission of negligence that the defendants were negligent. In the charge was an instruction...
