Judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs payable by appellants jointly to respondents Torres and Beekman Downtown Hospital.

Our review of the record discloses that at the time the plaintiff entered the Beekman Downtown Hospital, there was no legal ground upon which the nurse or the hospital could have restrained him. There was no evidence introduced which would cast any question of liability as to Beekman, either by the plaintiff or the City...
