This appeal is from a judgment on the pleadings in an action in assumpsit. Appellant brought suit for $384.27, assigning that as the balance due in payment for a delivery of fuel oil to appellee's apartment house. Appellee's answer to the complaint admitted the fact of delivery, the amount of oil delivered, and the price of the oil.
