On November 21, 1972, a suit was filed by plaintiff against the three defendants asserting negligence on defendants' part arising out of an incident occurring on November 22-24, 1969. Plaintiff Geisland is the guardian of Gerald O. Carney, the party allegedly damaged in that incident.
