This is a suit to cancel a deed and for conversion of certain funds. The plaintiff, Mary L. Suddarth, brought suit by next friend, A. H. Mohon, against her niece, Laura Poor and husband, Arthur Poor, defendants, to set aside a deed by which she conveyed to defendants her home and approximately 9.5 acres of land and reserved a life estate. Plaintiff alleged that the defendants had unduly influenced her and that she lacked mental capacity to execute...
