BOUTALL, Judge.

Michael Geissler, plaintiff-appellant, filed suit for damages against his mother, Mrs. Hattie Geissler, and her insuror, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co., for personal injuries allegedly sustained in a slip and fall type accident on the front porch of his mother's home on May 15, 1972. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered for the defendants and plaintiff appealed.
