A series of lawsuits alleging sex discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., were instituted by female ground employees and flight cabin attendants against National Airlines, Inc. and its flight attendants' collective bargaining representative. They were consolidated in this court by order of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation...
