It created and operates a water system known as the Ramapo-Wanaque System, with a reservoir and facility located in Wanaque, New Jersey, with aqueducts serving water to Newark, Clifton, Paterson, Passaic, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, Kearney, Montclair and Bayonne.
