In this appeal we are presented with the issue of the applicability of the North Dakota aggravation statute, § 65-05-15, NDCC, in this workmen's compensation action, which would require payment of only that proportion of death benefits arising from the aggravation of a preexisting coronary disease which resulted in the heart attack and death of Archie A.
