Defendant King Dee Foster was convicted by a Detroit Recorder's Court jury on May 27, 1976, of felony murder, contrary to MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548. On June 27, 1976, defendant was sentenced to life in prison. He appeals as of right under GCR 1963, 806.1.
