Appellants, defendants below, Cerrella and Chiantese were found guilty, after a jury trial, of violating 18 U.S.C. §§ 21 and 1951,2 interference with interstate commerce by extortion. Cerrella was sentenced to 16 years and Chiantese to 13 years imprisonment.
