SAMUEL, Judge.

Plaintiff filed this suit against Winn-Dixie Louisiana, Inc. and its liability insurer, The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, seeking to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of a battery committed upon her by Winn-Dixie's store manager. Defendants' answer denied the allegations of plaintiff's petition. After a trial on the merits, judgment was rendered dismissing plaintiff's suit. Plaintiff has appealed.
