Plaintiff brought this suit to obtain job reinstatement with proper "seniority, status and pay," including lost wages, under the reemployment provisions of the Vietnam Veterans' Readjustment Act (38 U.S.C. § 2024(d) and (e)). Plaintiff is an honorably discharged veteran whose suit was instituted by the Department of Justice under 38 U.S.C. § 2022.
