PER CURIAM:

Defendant appeals from guilty plea conviction and sentence for receiving stolen property in violation of Code section 712.1. He contends the trial court erred because a plea bargain was not honored by the trial court. We affirm.

The plea bargain here was made a part of the record at the guilty plea proceedings. The State had agreed to dismiss a drug charge of possession with intent to deliver arising out of the same incident and not oppose a county...
