Defendant appeals his jury trial conviction of possession of heroin with intent to deliver, MCLA 335.341(1)(a); MSA 18.1070(41)(1)(a), which resulted in a sentence of 7 to 20 years in prison. Defendant claims the police entry into the public rest room which resulted in his arrest and the seizure of a quantity of heroin was illegal; that his waiver of Miranda1 rights was invalid and therefore the inculpatory statements...
