ONION, Presiding Judge.

This appeal involves a conviction for aggravated robbery where the jury assessed punishment at five (5) years upon appellant's plea of guilty.

Appellant's sole ground of error reads:

"There was sufficient evidence in this case to raise the issue of the defendant's sanity at the time of the offense, thus requiring the court to withdraw the guilty plea and instruct on the insanity defense. Failure of the court...
