Defendant Anderson Durham appeals from a Pierce County Superior Court order denying his petition under former CrR 7.71 for post-conviction relief from a judgment and sentence entered on his plea of guilty to second-degree assault. Defendant's contention is that his plea was equivocal and should not have been accepted. For the reasons set forth herein we affirm the order of the trial court denying the relief sought.
