The notice of appeal states that the appeal is being taken "from the order sustaining defendants' demurrer entered on the thirteenth day of March, 1975 and the judgment entered pursuant to such order on the thirteenth day of March, 1975, and from the whole of each thereof, which said orders have been entered in the Clerk's minutes but have not been reduced to writing or served on the plaintiff."
