PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the state from a pretrial order of the district court suppressing evidence and dismissing the prosecution of defendant on drug possession charges.1 The decisive issue is whether the police violated defendant's Fourth Amendment rights in obtaining the evidence in question.
