This suit on a note and a settlement agreement was instituted on October 28, 1975, in the 214th District Court of Nueces County, Texas by Geodynamics Oil and Gas, Inc., against Diversified Resources Corporation. Plaintiff is a Pennsylvania corporation having its principal office in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.
