COPELAND, Justice.

Under his first assignment of error, defendant asserts the court erred in admitting into evidence the knife found on defendant's person when he was arrested.

Defendant maintains that the knife seized from him at the time of his arrest was irrelevant to the jury's consideration of this case because, while the State crime laboratory examination revealed blood stains on the knife, the stains could not definitely be identified as human blood...
