The appellants, as representative members of Traditional Catholics of Houston, Inc., a non-profit church corporation, brought this action against appellees, Gary W. Giuffre, Ronald J. Keller, and James D. Giuffre, for the purpose of removing them as officers and directors of that corporation. After hearing motions for summary judgment filed on behalf of both sides, the trial court denied the plaintiffs' motion and entered judgment in favor of the appellees...
