Appellant was convicted by a jury of possession of 99 pounds of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in denying appellant's motion to suppress the contraband seized at the time of his arrest.
