Appellants, Scott Gray, Peggy Clark, Paul W. Boydstun, Barry Bryant and L.J. Golden, Jr., hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged in the District Court, Pontotoc County, Case No. CRM-76-110, with the offense of Possession of Marijuana.
