The plaintiff, an employee at the New Hampshire Hospital, was demoted from the position of Dietician II to that of Dietician I. After a hearing, the personnel commission upheld the demotion and upon rehearing, RSA 541:3, affirmed its original decision. Plaintiff appeals under RSA 541:6.
