MAUGHAN, Justice:

On appeal is a verdict, and certain rulings of the trial court, in favor of defendants. We affirm no costs awarded.

Plaintiff brought this action to recover for the wrongful death of his twenty-year-old son, David Allen Gray. Gray died from a gunshot wound inflicted by Galveston Sonny Scott.
