This is a suit for damages arising from an intersectional collision between two automobiles in the City of Lake Charles. The plaintiff, Donald L. Moss, was driving one vehicle with the plaintiff, Glenda A. Dalmage, as a passenger. The other vehicle was being driven by Joanie Tamney and was insured by the defendant, Travelers Indemnity Company.
