Plaintiff appeals from an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. We reverse.

Plaintiff's complaint alleged that she was an employee of Local 326 of the UAW from October 15, 1971 until January 3, 1972. She worked under the supervision of defendant, the president of the local.
