Our holding in this appeal is governed by Maryland's so-called "boulevard rule", as applied to an intersection collision which occurred between two vehicles in Montgomery County on 23 January 1973. We shall reverse the judgment entered by the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for the employer of the favored (but possibly law-violating) driver, and remand the case for further...
