Plaintiff appeals by right from a March 6, 1975, order of the Antrim County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants.

According to allegations contained in plaintiff's complaint, plaintiff is a Michigan non-profit corporation, primarily composed of individuals having ownership interests in riparian property situated on Torch Lake in Antrim County, Michigan.
