HANSEN v. SKUL

No. 76-1406.

369 N.E.2d 267 (1977)

54 Ill. App.3d 1

11 Ill.Dec. 813

Ruth HANSEN, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Dr. Vladimir SKUL, Defendant-Appellee.

Appellate Court of Illinois, First District, Fifth Division.

October 21, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Howard T. Savage, Patrician Unsinn, Chicago, for plaintiff-appellant.

Tenney & Bently, Chicago (Richard J. Cochran, Karen S. Quandt, Chicago, of counsel), for defendant-appellee.

LORENZ, Justice.

Plaintiff appeals from an order entered pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 218 and 219(c) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1975, ch. 110A, pars. 218, 219(c)), dismissing her complaint for failing to disclose during a pre-trial conference the name of her expert witness. On appeal she contends that the court erred in entering the dismissal because she had complied with all discovery requests and alternatively, that any non-compliance by her was not unreasonable.
