This case arises out of the burglary of a bar and liquor store in Ormsby, Minnesota, and the burglary of an agricultural service company in Echols, Minnesota, on January 22, 1975. Defendants, who are brothers, were found guilty by juries in joint trials in Martin and Watonwan County District Courts, respectively.
