This is a workmen's compensation case. The Majority Commission affirmed the opinion of a Hearing Commissioner finding that Aristizabal sustained an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment on March 13, 1975. Also affirmed was an award of benefits for temporary total disability from May 29, 1975 to July 21, 1975 due to a herniated disc an operation on that disc and for further medical care and treatment...
