Appellant Kenneth Allen Britt was charged with, and found guilty of, two counts of aggravated robbery [Ark.Stat. Ann. § 41-2102 (Crim.Code, 1976)] and one count of battery in the first degree [Ark. Stat.Ann. § 41-1601 (Crim.Code, 1976)]. He was sentenced on each charge; however, the court made the sentences run consecutively and suspended the sentences on one of the robbery charges and on the battery charge.
