Order modified, on the facts, by deleting the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh decretal paragraphs thereof and substituting therefor provisions that visitation shall take place at the home of the appellant-respondent father and that plaintiff may be accompanied during those periods of visitation by not more than one person, who shall be a relative. As so modified, order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
