This appeal involves a foreclosure on a real estate contract. The trial court entered judgment for the Miles, appellees, for the amount due on the escrow contract. The trial court denied recovery on the counterclaim by the Loves, appellants. Appellants now appeal the trial court's determination that the appellees made no fraudulent misrepresentations nor fraudulent concealments to appellants.
