This is an appeal from convictions for armed robbery (D.C. Code 1973, §§ 22-2901, -3202) and assault with intent to commit robbery (D.C. Code 1973, § 22-501). Appellant Proctor maintains that (1) the inclusion of two defective counts in the indictment charging him with obstruction of justice (D.C. Code 1973, § 22-703) deprived him of a fair trial, and that (2) his trial counsel was constitutionally ineffective. We disagree...
