Illinois Weather-Seal, Inc. (Weather-Seal), defendant and counter-plaintiff, appeals from a judgment entered on its counterclaim for the balance due on a contract, which judgment allowed a set off in favor of Marie Marth and Ann Marth, plaintiffs and counterdefendants.
