Ursula Bruck KEITH, Appellant, v. Gerald Winston KEITH, Jr., Appellee.

January 19, 1977.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Monroe E. McDonald, Sanders, McEwan, Mims & McDonald, Orlando, for appellant.

John W. Tanner, Daytona Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

By this appeal review is sought of a Final Judgment denying reformation of a deed in an action brought by the widow of the grantee named in the deed against the deceased grantee's son by a prior marriage. We find that under the circumstances of this case as revealed by the record the learned trial judge did not err in denying reformation.

AFFIRMED.
