SOMERVILLE, Judge.

Defendant was charged with robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon, tried by a jury and found guilty, and sentenced by the court to twenty years imprisonment1 by reason of the jury's inability to agree on his punishment.

A terse statement of facts surrounding the charged offense is sufficient as defendant's single point on appeal, infra, does not question the sufficiency of the evidence...
