OPINION

PRESLAR, Chief Justice.

This is a disciplinary case against an attorney for violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility which governs attorneys at law in the State of Texas. Trial was to a jury which found against the attorney on some issues and exonerated him on others. Based on the jury verdict and after disregarding one issue thereof, the Court entered judgment suspending the attorney from the practice of law for two years. We affirm...
