In the space of two years, 32 fires occurred in 24 separate buildings, 21 of which were owned by appellant, Morris Goldfeld, in the City of Syracuse. Several of the properties burned on more than one occasion, one burned four times. As a result, the Onondaga County Grand Jury handed down a 66-count indictment charging Goldfeld, and two codefendants, George Giordano and Glen Milyon, with the crimes...
