Plaintiff filed this action to secure reinstatement as a city employee, for money damages and restitution of sick leave and vacation time benefits, monies in the retirement fund plus interest and for her last pay check. The complaint contains three counts, namely: wrongful discharge or suspension, wrongful continuation of suspension and restitution.
