After a jury trial the defendant, Raul Rosas, was found guilty of two charges of murder and one charge of arson. On the murder convictions the circuit court of Peoria County sentenced the defendant to concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 18 to 40 years on each charge and also sentenced the defendant to a concurrent term of imprisonment...
